“Awesome location and house but seems a little neglected. It coukd be the perfect place but for poor building management. Simple but important repairs needed. Fan remote missing, lights didnt work in main living space, windows didnt open, broken beach chair, broken trifold door, confusing laundry room situation (combo given but door has a key lock).”

“Dave and Kristen are the perfect hosts, and their penthouse condo is the perfect place to stay! We were a party of 11 aged 9 to 70 and this was the perfect stay for all of us! The condo was comfortable and well-stocked, the beach area is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling, and swimming. The condo was well stocked with beach and water gear also! The view is magnificent, and the unit is centrally located close to shops, restaurants and attractions. There were turtles on our beach each morning……

“Great house and better location for our ohana of 16. Our kids had the best time making memories with the included boogie boards and surf boards. The adults made good use of the outside patio overlooking the water. Fantastic location for PCC, Shark’s Cove, and desirable eating options. ”
