“This was a lovely location- right across from an absolutely gorgeous beach! The owners were very responsive and left a great book with hikes, restaurant menus and more. Sunrise at Pillbox is a must. The downstairs was a bit small and the master bedroom was reached by walking through the smaller bedroom but both were very nice and this wasn’t a an issue for our family. Overall wonderful!!”

“We had a great time while staying here. The drive way was a bit hard to find at first but once you find it its easy to find again. It also has a little pull off from the main road which makes getting into the drive way much easier. We actaully saw Giant manta Rays feeding out in the ocean from the back porch and woke up to 6 peacocks walking around the front yard one morning. You are in close proximity to grocery stores and some food options so the location is perfect. I would absolutely……

“This property is the best rental we've stayed at by far! Super clean, 3 minutes walk to the best beach in Oahu, Lanikai and just so charming. My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here and we couldnt ask for a better location. The host was very nice and accomodating. I recomend this property 100%. “Overall, the rental was decent. The property managers were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Our biggest issue with the communication was we specifically picked this place because of the pool as we have 3 young kids. There was no communication before hand to let us know the pool was out of commission for the entire duration of our stay. So we were pretty disappointed to learn this upon our arrival and we only got a "we are sincerely sorry" as a response. The place was very clean and……

“We had a wonderful stay. Property was as pictured. The biggest challenges we found is that the area you need to drive through to get to the property is very run down. The property is about a 30 min drive from any safe amenity such as a grocery, gas station etc. If you want to just stay in one place your whole trip this is the place. But if you want to explore around it is not. I would have liked the property to have also listed that there were things like - washer and dryer, hair dryer, general……
