“Beautiful stay for a family wedding in town. Perfect location!”

“It’s a great place for a small family. There was four of us and it worked well especially with the kids being younger. We were only there to eat and sleep, so it worked. It’s a little more of a drive to restaurants and activities. We are always wanting to stay away from the bigger city and this was perfect. Great location with access to the beach. Had some basic beach equipment available to use. Hoping for future visits able to stay here again. ”

“It was the perfect size for me and my spouse. There was construction happening during business hrs, but they weren’t too loud. We loved how close the cottage was to the beach. The lanai was the best part: eating our meals with the ocean breeze. If we had to complain about something, we would say that it does get warm in the cottage. We understand many places in hawaii don’t have ac units, so we knew what we had coming. We tried leaving all the windows open to let the air flow through, so it……

“Loved that this place was minutes away from the beach. We planned most of our days away from the house, but when we needed groceries or take out, it was only 10-15 mins away. There is no AC but most windows have screens and there are multiple quiet fans. There is only one futon couch that is not very comfortable and barely fits 4 adults. Just one more cozy chair would have been nice. Dishware and spices are sitting out on shelves so we had to wash everything before using either because they were……

“We are a family of four with 2 kids under the age of 13 and couldn't have had a better experience. The house is about as convenient to both Lanikai and Kailua as you can get, easy walk or bike to both. It is a perfect combination of relaxed decor, cleanliness and amenities. Everything you need for the beach and day to day living is there, readily available and works. It's an easy place to relax in and be comfortable. The view is fantastic. “Perfect location, clean and well maintained. It was perfect for what we needed.”

“We had an amazing stay in Kailua. We loved the area that had a beautiful beach nearby (walking distance), many shopping and food options with a small town feel, and very responsive and helpful hosts. Driving to all the other attractions on the island were only 30 minutes to an hour away. The lanai was a favorite spot to sit and relax enjoying the plumeria and other beautiful plants and birds. Rick and Nancy provided beach chairs, bicycles, cooler, and a grill in addition to a well furnished home……

“Such a wonderful spot! From check in to checkout, this home base made for an extra special and easy trip. The studio feels spacious, well ventilated, and it was sparkling clean upon arrival. The host thought of everything you could need for beach outings or staying in. The bed is a great size and comfortable! The location is perfect, because you can walk to the beach, or walk in to town, so we barely needed the car if you like walking. There is great AC but you barely need it with the amazing……
