“Condo is great and just as described with great beach supplies! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay at Ocean Villas. This is no reflection on the condo itself, but the property has some pretty strict rules I wish I would’ve been aware of, such as the pool closes at 8 PM and quiet time is at 10 PM. We were on the lanai a little after 10, aware of the time and were being pretty quiet but were still asked to go inside.”

We are fellow Vrbo Premier Hosts who take great pride in our Colorado ski condo. We have been to many properties that are ill equipped and simply rentals. This place has it all! “Overall the unit and property were fabulous. The check-in process was easy - we appreciated all of the emails beforehand. There’s no doubt this property is a 10 overall. That having been said, our group uniformly agreed that 3 improvements would have made it even better.1. Microwave turning piece needs to be replaced in order to avoid sparking when using it.2. The sliding glass doors out to the patio need to be lubricated - a couple of our group couldn’t even open them. 3. Work out a better……
