“Staff is very friendly”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and found the property to be new and well-maintained, which gave it a fresh and inviting feel. However, there were some areas where housekeeping could improve. The couch in our room was noticeably dirty and should have been vacuumed before check-in. The bed was neatly made, but the sheet had a mark that was off-putting. The washrooms were decent but could benefit from more thorough cleaning. Despite these issues, the hotel stood out as a better option compared to……

“Clean hotel, friendly staff. Great selection for breakfast buffet. I had originally booked for myself (1 guest) but in the end, I had an extra guest. Even though it was a king bed easily large enough for a couple, the hotel charged me for the extra person. This is the first time I’ve had this experience! ”

“Was convenient to the temple. The room was passable but we didn't have any hot water (the water coming out of the hot water was lukewarm). We also requested towels and water 3 times before actually getting them.”
