Funcionários muito atenciosos, mas alimentação decepcionante Os funcionários do resort foram extremamente atenciosos, desde o concierge até os atendentes dos bares e restaurantes — ponto alto da estadia. A estrutura é bonita e organizada, ideal para quem nunca teve esse tipo de experiência. Por outro lado, o all inclusive deixou muito a desejar. Pouca variedade de bebidas (só marcas locais como cerveja Presidente e vodcas simples) e comidas frequentemente frias e sem sabor. O único restaurante à la carte que agradou foi o Bandeira Dominicana — o japonês, por exemplo, não tinha nada de especial. Vivenciamos também uma situação estranha, ao encontrar um funcionário dentro do nosso quarto sem explicação clara, o que nos deixou desconfortáveis. No geral, não voltaria. Acredito que existam opções mais agradáveis e completas na mesma região.

Great place with great amenities. The servers in the Buffet restaurants were too few. On each occasion, it took at least 20mins after the servers asked you what you wanted to drink for water to arrive and on two occasions, we were done eating, tired of waiting and left without our drinks arriving.

We had a great time during our stay. We have a 3 year old and she had a fantastic time here. The giraffe pool was her favorite ! Food was good, my only complaint was it rained 2 nights and we kept asking for an umbrella and we didn’t get it until the morning of check out. I would advise to make dinner reservations as soon as you check in for your entire stay since it books up quickly.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property, the dining options, the pristine pools, the wildlife, and the amazing staff. We enjoyed the nightly shows, and were very impressed with the talent of the performers. We did notice a slight smell from the air conditioning at times and the seaweed on the beach was inconvenient, but they do their best to keep it under control.

This was my boyfriend’s and mine first time on a vacation by ourselves and this resort was just perfect! The staff was always very friendly and willing to help, it was amazing how everything is included, the food options at the buffet was very diverse and very delicious! The food at restaurants were even better! One of our favorite things about the resort is all the animals on the property! They have many different types of ducks, birds, iguanas, flamingos, and peacocks! Also the sports bar/ snack bar was a life saver at time during those late night adventures around the resort. I highly HIGHLY recommend this resort, I can’t speak highly enough about it. If you’re down for a fun, friendly, and good vibe definitely book here! The beach on the property is also shockingly beautiful when you first see it. We will be coming back again❤️💙🌴

The best hotel I’ve visited in Punta Cana in terms of quality and price balance—the best I’ve experienced in my life. The staff is very professional and excellent: very kind, attentive, and helpful. I went with my boyfriend and my family and I truly did have a good time, but I just wanted to point out some things that I thought could’ve been better. Cleanliness could’ve been a little cleaner when we first walked in the room. There was no pillowcases on the pillows and it looked like there was like a washed hot sauce stain still on the bedsheets and we had to have it changed immediately immediately the service is very lousy and then they act surprised when they don’t get tips. There was a lot of times in the buffet where we just wouldn’t leave anything because we would sit down and eat our whole meal and people still did not greet us and ask us what we would like to drink. Most of the bartenders were really nice but as far as serving staff, they could learn a thing or two about customer service. overall, I did enjoy my stay here, but I wouldn’t go back again. Also don’t come expecting for cheap laundry service. They charged me $63 to wash nine items.

We loved our stay at the Tropical Deluxe Princess. The resort is beautiful with lots of wildlife and greenery as well as a beautiful beach. The cleanliness was excellent and the food was also very very good. The Italian restaurant was our personal favourite. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a quite vacation and likes to stay on resort as there are lots to do on the grounds.
