“This is a hidden gem in Punta Mita. From the beachfront access to the comforts of the apartment and the easy access into town- it was ideal. The staff (Isabella and Rosina) makes all the difference- as it was very easy to plan for the stay and Susana was amazing at making us feel welcomed as well as making amazing meals for us each day. We will be coming back once again and staying here be it with a group but most likely just my wife and I as its that peaceful. ”

“This was hands down one of the best vacations we have ever been on. The house is AMAZING, the pictures don’t even do it justice for how gorgeous it is. The views are spectacular and it’s a short walk down a private path to the beach. The house staff is unbelievable- they cooked us the most delicious meals, snacks, margaritas, and we’re so welcoming and friendly. Marco, the property manager, was incredibly helpful leading up to our stay, helping to coordinate transportation for us, grocery……

“We had the most amazing time at the house. Tere and Luz were the best hosts and the 3 meals we had them cook were incredible. Rosalinda is so sweet. She called us before to make sure we had everything we needed, she gave amazing recommendations for surf lessons, zip lining, restaurants, etc. We can’t wait to find another date to come back and visit! “We stayed for 2 weeks Feb 2025. The property manager Grecia was responsive to our messages and answered all our questions. Pablo, our concierge was waiting when we arrived and assisted us with parking our huge rental Chev Suburban. Neither of the 2 garage spaces could fully accommodate this vehicle and we had to leave the garage gates open as the tail end stuck out. This was a little worrisome as the gates stuck out a little and we worried that someone might hit them but it was fine! Pablo……

“We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and rented a golf cart from Ray and Michele as well. Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. For $150USD per night……

“We can’t wait to come back! This has been one of our favorite VRBOs we have ever stayed in- everything was gorgeous … easy access to all beach clubs, easy access to the town- overall super fun! The only critique I have of the property management would be that they should have the ID cards pre printed before arrival- it would make the checkin process at the beach clubs and amenities much easier- we didn’t receive our cards till the day before we left - other than that we can’t wait to come back! ”

“Property was very spacious and functional for a 3 generation family gathering. The access to the beach club was really important for our group and we used cabs and Uber for most of our outings. Given the location, many people might choose to rent vehicles to improve their mobility and access to other attractions and restaurants. Kids enjoyed the beach club but got bored a bit. “This home is PERFECT for 2 families. It is Beautiful and in the best part of PM. Santiago at VEHM, was our concierge and he was amazing, everyone at VEHM was incredible. We had two chefs every morning and a HOUSEKEEPER every morning. It was one of our best family vacations ”
