“Peaceful retreat. Amazing views and wildlife. You can barely see the neighbors. Very clean house with an excellent stock of stuff. Additionally, the layout is the best we've seen for handicap/ wheelchair access. The only two items I'd suggest to improve would be to regrade the access road and have a better plan for trash pickup.”

“Our family loved our stay at the Sorrento Villa! The bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the open floor plan, the view from the back and deck, and the great kitchen provided lots of spaces for conversation, fun, games, etc. Best of All...the house itself is a fascinating "museum"--so many wonderful paintings, antiques, lamps, chandeliers, books, rugs to engage your gaze. The dining room provided a perfect backdrop for our 22-year-old granddaughter...such fun!”

“We love this place. This was our second visit. It is quiet, secluded, and you have a rushing stream right next to the backyard to enjoy. Plus a fire pit with outdoor overhead lighting. Absolutely magical at dusk. The property is well kept, clean, and cozy. The owners are very kind and friendly, and we always have good communication. It’s about 35 minutes from West Jefferson. In our opinion, the best way to get to West Jefferson from the cabin is to turn right at the metal bridge on Walsh road,……

“The property was such an idyllic spot! Just a few steps from the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as the town of Blowing Rock and Boone, the cabins around the lake were so beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!”
