“The house was very welcoming, plenty of space and a great location for anyone visiting DePauw. Highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a family. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. ”

“Cute little house. Clean and comfortable. Only thing I’d note is where you stay is on 2nd floor, and the staircase is extremely steep, with short treads and some hand holds instead of railing and only on one side. Carrying gear up and down the staircase is sketchy. There is almost no cell service so I had to walk a ways down the drive to get a single bar in order to open the app and get my message with the code to open the front door of the house. I would recommend screen shotting the message……

“My friend and I met in the Indianapolis area for a girls weekend when she had a conference - and it’s halfway for each of us. We booked this due to value/price and wanting to try something different. The falls and surround area are amazing - make sure to see the upper and lower. The owners are great in communication and made access easy. The rental itself was clean and provided everything we needed. It is not Indianapolis adjacent, which it doesn’t claim to be, but the driving didn’t bother us.……

“Check in was very easy. Location was super close to the waterfall and it’s beautiful. The property is well kept and the room was well stocked. If you’re showing at C bar C it’s an easy 15 minute drive away. The only downside is that the walls are very thin and you can hear even quiet conversations from the room next to you. Unfortunately my Friday night neighbors must’ve had too much to drink, a symphony of vomiting from 4-730 am. ”
