“The property is beautiful and the accommodations were amazing. The only issue is the fact that you can hear the people in the upper unit walking around. To be fair it is in the property description that we would be able to hear this, but the tenants above us were stomping around all hours of the night. So if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue for you. ”

“It was in great location for floating the Buffalo river all day. We liked that the restaurant was next door and very good. It’s not a 5 star place but unique. Clean, small and only there to sleep. ”

“We stayed a week, and that view is just incredible. Get up for the sunrise and watch the fog on the water. We saw deer, fish jumping in the lake, an Eagle, Hawk, bunny, woodpeckers and other birds. The silence is so nice. We lucked out on a week of moonlight. The house is good, everything worked, the deck and screened porch are fantastic. We spent 99% of our time out there. We took walks down the gravel road and saw deer nearly every day. The WiFi worked great. This house has lots of windows……

“Clean, spacious, comfortable with a great outdoor space and dock”

“This is one of the most comfortable VRBO’s that we have used. The location was perfect for trout fishing on the White River! The bed was comfortable, lots of towels, shampoo, cleaning supplies, great dishes and pots and pans. We didn’t use the fire pit because of high winds, but Mike had us stocked up with wood and starter. We will definitely be back. ”

“Cotter Rock Cottage was clean and cozy. My husband and i came to Cotter to fish. We were very close to river fishing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and seeing a herd of deer across the street. Highly recommend.”
