“Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!”

“We went to relax while looking at the water and fish a little and we got just what we wanted. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had! Perfect weather, good fishing just outside the back door, and several great outside spots to enjoy it all. Plus, Cotter has a nice little park/boat launch area that we enjoyed too.Our group was supposed to be 3 couples but ended up with 2. Very comfortable for 2 but would have been okay with 3 and pushing a couple twins together. Had a nice……

“Great location and layout but i would not recommend it for groups larger than 6 adults. There are 2 bedrooms that show 2 beds in each which is technically accurate but the rooms are extremely small especially when trying to use the beds. The other limitations are the 2 pullout couches in the basement cannot both be used at the same time as the room is not large enough for that. All of the indoor and outdoor spaces are great and we enjoyed our stay but it is not one i would select for large……
