“Good responsive staff.. hotel a bit old but in good condition”

“Breakfast was good. The dinner was supposed to be room service via a QR code but the QR code went to an empty google docs site. Hence there was no dinner. Since the curbs are high and there is no consistent sidewalk, walking to dinner also was not a great option. Otherwise, a very nice hotel- clean, new, modern. ”

“shower bottom plate was dirt, shower curtain was missing so the water goes everytime outside. Only one person was at the bar in the lobby: very long time to wait only for a sandwich. For all the rest, everything was okay. Manager is very helpful and friendly. ”

“Not the same as described room type, bill issue, told wrong breafast time which made us miss breakfast. reception Staff were very unprofessional and unfriendly but the manager at the end was nice and cooperative and helped us feel a little better. ”
