Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.”

Auf unsere Kontaktaufnahme reagierte der Vermieter zunächst nicht – erst später erschien er. Beim Check-In erfuhren wir, dass der Fahrstuhl defekt war, obwohl er in der Anzeige ausdrücklich als vorhanden angegeben war. Wir sprachen den Vermieter mehrfach darauf an. Seine……

“Location location location I was super impressed with Lafe Boutique Hotel — such a great last-minute find! The location is perfect, right in the center of everything. The interior is beautifully styled, and the staff are incredible — especially the lovely girls from Bali who were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was cute and delicious, just what you need to start the day. While the rooms are on the smaller side, it really didn’t bother me at all because the location and overall vibe……
