“Found this hotel in YouTube. Well, everything is good like transportation, food outlets etc. We stayed in Room 502, the air conditioned is quite noisy and towels quality seems old, shampoo and lotion dispenser are not working on the first day. We informed housekeeper and finally fixed it. Overall, Malta is a good place to go and this hotel is a good location but need to be upkeep at all times. ”

“Très bien dans l'ensemble. Je vous déconseille le restaurant, la carte à l'air appétissante mais c'est tout. L'établissement est bien placer, propre et moderne. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous avions juste une chasse d'eau et une lampe de chevet capricieuse. Il manquerait juste d'insonorisation aussi au niveau des portes pour ne pas entendre les autres personnes. ”

“Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work……

“The hotel was ideally located just off the main road , so never kept awake . The breakfast was really well presented with lots of options and always well stocked .Room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable especially the Manager Dragana , couldn't do enough for us . Such a lovely lady ”
