“The staff is friendly/family owned. Breakfast included in the price, secured my motorcycle, offered me tea, provided water in the room, and located along the main strip in Phong Nha, so walkable to the tourist center, restaurants, and other services. Room was clean. Karaoke could be heard in the late evening coming from outside the hotel area if you are the type to go to bed early. Very pleasant stay and recommend if you are traveling to Phong Nha.”

“Lake House was the perfect place for us to relax and explore the surrounding sights in Phong Nha. We especially enjoyed the beautiful scenery, kayaking on the lake, and renting bicycles to explore the local area. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with booking tours and transport, and we felt very at home during our stay here!”

“The room was more than what we expected. It was spacious, neat and tidy. The toilet is also quite big, though it smells a little so we always have the toilet cover down. The staff would never miss a chance to sell you national park tour or pick up services(seems to be a norm in that area), but was very nice and are able to communicate in English. They were also very helpful by calling the tourism centre, which we booked our tour to national park since our tour guide was late. Another thing……
