Stiamo affittando l'appartamento al piano terra di questa villa indipendente con uso esclusivo di un giardino paesaggistico appartato di 700 mq con prato e palme che circondano una piscina di 9 m x 5 m (profonda da 2,4 m a 1 m), il giardino e il patio offrono uno splendido panorama e vista sul mare, sul lato della piscina un'area piastrellata con lettini è l'ideale per prendere il sole, nel portico anteriore con vista sulla piscina e sul giardino è disponibile un grande tavolo per mangiare all'aperto e un barbecue in cemento è a pochi metri di distanza.

OFFRIAMO AI NOSTRI OSPITI L'USO ESCLUSIVO DELLA PISCINA E DEL GIARDINO (sarai l'unico utente del giardino e della piscina).
6 lettini in stile hotel e una doccia esterna sono disponibili intorno alla piscina.
La proprietà è situata su una collina che offre viste spettacolari sul mare e sulla vicina città di Cagliari.
L'appartamento al piano terra ha 3 camere da letto (una grande camera matrimoniale padronale e due camere doppie, tutte con aria condizionata), una sala da pranzo con divani, TV, camino, cucina abitabile, frigorifero con congelatore, piano cottura, forno, microonde e lavatrice, 2 bagni (uno in suite con la camera padronale) con cabina doccia in vetro, lavabo, WC e bidet.
Un patio a forma di L appena fuori dal soggiorno, di fronte al giardino e alla piscina con una zona salotto (divano in rattan, tavolino, sedie) e una zona pranzo con un grande tavolo è a pochi metri da un barbecue in cemento, tutto questo è a vostra disposizione solo durante il vostro soggiorno in villa

La villa è situata su una collina con vista sul mare (baia di Cagliari e spiaggia del Poetto) e sulla città di Cagliari, l'aeroporto di Elmas-Cagliari dista circa 20 km e il centro di Cagliari 10 km. Il bellissimo parco naturale di Villasimius dista circa 25 km. Il nuovo campo da golf Sa Tanka dista solo 4 km, il porto turistico di Capitana 7 km e la
La spiaggia bianca più vicina con servizi e parcheggio è quella del Poetto, l'accesso e il parcheggio sono a 2 km dalla villa.

Il centro commerciale Bellavista dista 1 km dalla villa (10 minuti a piedi) e offre diversi ristoranti, una pizzeria, un pub/bar aperto fino a tardi, diversi negozi, una farmacia, un grande supermercato per la spesa, un'edicola.
Si consiglia di utilizzare un'auto per trasportare la spesa, esplorare alcune delle più belle spiagge sarde (come Villasimius, a 30 minuti di auto dalla villa), visitare Cagliari (20 minuti di auto) con i suoi numerosi musei, il castello della città vecchia, l'anfiteatro romano e altri numerosi siti archeologici, se amate la natura potete visitare i parchi di montagna come Maidopis o Monte Arcosu, densamente boscosi con una fauna selvatica abbondante. Potete gustare cibo e bevande sarde in uno dei numerosi ristoranti, pizzerie, pub a pochi minuti dalla proprietà.

A seguito di alcuni casi di abuso dell'aria condizionata, i primi 80 Kw di elettricità a settimana sono inclusi, il consumo extra verrà addebitato al prezzo corrente del fornitore (come da ultima bolletta elettrica).

Lovely family holiday

The property is exactly as described, if not better! Spacious, well equipped with an amazing private pool. It is set at the end of a quiet road that has amazing views over the valley. Bedding and towels are provided (for a small cost on arrival). All rooms have air con which is essential in the summer heat. There is a good supermarket and restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. Although hiring a car is recommended to be able to get around. The property is close to plenty of beautiful beaches but none within walking distance, so a car gives you the freedom to explore.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt das Haus war toll viel Platz gehabt. Den Pool haben wir auch genossen Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut geklappt. Um überall hinzukommen braucht man ein Auto. Es war in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und jeder Zeit wieder.

Having been delayed we arrived later than expected. We were met at the property. Sadly you cannot drink the water and none was provided. Too late to shop. A comfortable, quite basic property. Beautiful pool and garden although no shade. A few power cuts. Not close to very much and therefore a car is definitely needed.

Die Unterkunft war ok, super fanden wir den grossen Patio, aber das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es wären neuen Badezimmerarmaturen fällig und die Duschwannen müssten ebenfalls erneuert werden ausserdem sind die Holzbretter und Bestecke in der Küche schimmlig. Ansonsten war es sauber geputzt. Die Gastgeberin war etwas schräg drauf.

Wonderful house

House is last on the street, no noise or traffic. Inside is big and spacefull and you really have everything you need. Big rooms and 2 bathrooms, big livingroom, kitchen, outside terass where you have the view overlooking the garden, pool and sea infront. Garden and the pool are awesome. Big pool where you can enjoy playing and swimming. We stayed with 4 kids, teenagers and they loved it. It looks even much better then on the picture. The owner is really helpfull and nice and have a lot of information what you can visit. Easy check in/out. Best place we stayed at and when we go back we defintly gonna rent the house again.

Geniale Lage, schönes Anwesen....

Wir waren eine 4 Personen Gruppe und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. In unmittelbarer Nähe (2-4km) sind Supermärkte und man kommt leicht in Richtung Cagliari und in den Süden sowie Osten mit den schönsten Stränden. Das Erdgeschoß Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen...

THIRD Time Back Again

Lovely Accommodating and Helpful Hosts Beautifully kept Villa, Pool and Gardens. Within 30 mins drive to stunning beaches in including Spiaggia di Solanas, Kala 'e Moru and Spiaggia Stella Di Mare. And many many more stunning beaches further afield. Choice of many v. good local restaurants within a short drive. Hopefully see you again in 2023!

Sehr gute Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter

Die Vermieter wohnen oben im Haus, sind aber fast nie zu sehen gewesen. Für Hilfe sind sie immer per WhatsApp schnell und gerne verfügbar gewesen. Das Haus war super und sehr sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Die Gegend selbst ist nicht soooo schön, aber alles ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.

Schönes Haus und Garten, aber ungepflegt

Leider waren wir die ersten Gäste in diesem Jahr (April 2022) und haben dadurch alle Winter- und Vorjahresmängel abbekommen. Vor allem die Bäder waren teilweise unhygienisch (Abfluss im Waschbecken mit Haaren aus dem Vorjahr verstopft,....). Liliana und Emanuele waren sehr bemüht Mängel, die wir moniert hatten, rasch zu beheben. Auch ein Wasserleitungsbruch (das ganze Erdgeschoss stand 5 cm unter Wasser) und alle durch die Überschwemmung entstandenen Schäden wurden so rasch und kulant wie möglich behoben. Ein eigenes Auto ist bei dieser Lage unbedingt notwendig (aber das wußten wir im Voraus). Garten und Pool super, aber im April natürlich noch sehr kalt. Annemarie und Franz Resatz

Lovely villa

We were in need of a restful holiday and this suited us perfectly. We loved the pool. Lili was so helpful and responded quickly to any request. It was lovely to eat outside any time we wanted. We would have appreciated a dishwasher but not a problem for just 2 of us. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. The location was very peaceful being at the end of a no through road. Quite a long drive to a good beach but worth it - the sea is stunning and so clear.

Fantastic accommodation with all amenities and a lovely swimming pool, close to shops, bars and beaches. Super schöne Zeit

Wir konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen. Tolles Haus, schön groß, sehr gute Klimaanlage, wenn auch kaum nötig, weil abends moderate Temperaturen herrschen. Die Bäder waren ok, wenn auch nicht neu. Absolut ausreichend. In der Küche hätten wir uns etwas mehr Geschirr gewünscht- es gab Essteller und tiefe Teller. Frühstücksgeschirr gab es nicht - hat uns nicht doll gestört. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine - aber unbedingt Filter mitbringen. Die Besitzer leben oben im Haus, sind sehr diskret, so dass es gar nicht stört, einzig, dass der Tag dort früh startet ist etwas gewöhnungsbefürftig. Dafür kann man jederzeit Fragen stellen und bekommt freundliche Unterstützung. Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft.

Lovely Family Break

My girlfriend and I stayed here at the end of September with our 2 sons (3.5 years old and 7 months old) also with her parents. So 4 adults and 2 children. Given the age of the children is was not our intention to venture too far during our stay so it was great that we had a lovely pool on site and the beach was only a 5 minute drive away. The property itself was spacious and had enough room for all of us to stay comfortably. The only drawback was the road leading to the property, which is an unmade road and that made taking the buggy out very difficult. Liliana was on hand to answer any queries we had while still leaving us to our privacy. Given the price against similar properties in the area, I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing spot with a private pool and easy access to Cagliari and nearby beaches.

Second time Staying in this gem of a villa!

So good to be able to return to this lovely property! Great situation in easy reach of the stunning, carribeanesque beaches of the Costa Rei some 40 mins drive away and lots of other beautiful beaches within 30 mins reach. Roomy ground floor accommodation (owners completely separate but very helpful and discrete). Gorgeous grounds, lovely clean pool and panaromic view of the bay of Cagliari. Supermarket and good restaurant 'Bellavista' at end of road - 5 mins drive. More restaurants within 10 mins drive including Mammai and Fontanelle. We'll be back!
