Our family apartment had two balconies - one in front and one in back facing the river. Check-in and check out were easy, and we appreciated the recommendations for transportation and restaurants. ”

“This was the second time my family stayed at Patrick’s place, it was just as spectacular as the last time. Check in was a breeze and the breakfast every morning was the perfect start to our day. We had a wide age range (12-75) and everyone had a wonderful time. The rooms were comfortable and clean and everyone who helped out at the house was so kind. We had a birthday party for the 12 year old and Patrick even made the cake for us. My only regret was not opting to have Patrick prepare any……

“If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). Secure parking at the apartment beat trying to find parking in town.

“We had a great stay with 4 guests. The property is about an easy 10-15 minute drive from La fortuna. We found the layout of the home to be very enjoyable.
