“It Was advertised as a “phenomenal penthouse” & “gorgeous apartment” this was False & Misleading and in need of repairs, a thorough clean, patch & paint job. It was a below average ordinary apartment.”

“The view up and down the Maroochy River is beautiful. Improvements could be made to the apartment including replacing the furniture especially the couch as the arm is loose, and the tatty cushions; the thin floor rugs which are stained; blinds are needed in the sunny lounge area; there is no door between the bedroom and ensuite; no mattress protector; there was a musty smell throughout and the apartment did not ‘smell’ clean nor was it sparkling. The kitchen is well equipped but tea towels too……

“This property was such a good place to be within walking distance of everything .The apartment was clean and had plenty of cool little surprises upon checkin such as board games and a bottle of wine. We will definitely return”

“Fantastic location, lovely property. However, really bad internet access, might as well say NO Internet. Air conditioning in the studio was almost non existent making sleeping very uncomfortable. ”
