“3個人入住，選了2張單人床的房，職員好細心給我們講解房太細加不到床，並換了一間雙人床及加床的房間給我們。服務很好! 房間很乾淨，如要牙刷，拖鞋等都可以向酒店取。由酒店去festival city mall有天橋可達，有冷氣的，非常方便。各方面都很好，唯一欠一點點的就是我們三人入住，毛巾及水都只有2份，好多時要致電服務處取。不過，這情況我在其他酒店都常遇到的。”

"Hotel near airport, but cannot walk across the highway to the airport. You need to take the free shuttle to airport. T3 stopping point is easy to find but T1 is difficult. Many people smoke in front of the hotel main entrance, management should consider setup a smoking area beside the hotel. "

"酒店服务一切都很好。但因为车位有限，当天开车过去前台没有告诉我停在石头路上会罚单不可以停，只是说那边没有停车位了，但是很多车都停在上面，我以为酒店自己的停车场就可以停，所以被拍了两次交了896迪拉姆的罚单，这样我很郁闷☹️"
