“Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. My kids tried to go in there but again it was way……

“Very professional and friendly staff. Extremely helpful with helping to explain the area and things to do and activities to attend. Staff were able to bring me plenty of plenty coffee and warer, whatever I needed in my rooom to make me comfortable. Very good stay”

Beautiful, stunning and the service is very exceptional and exclusive attention, you realize that the Saudi people are very happy that you are visiting their country and explain with detail their culture, and history.
