“The hotel is location is very convenient. A short walk from the Casa voyagers Tram and Train station. Area is pretty safe and lots of food options available. The hotel is quiet modern and clean. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was spacious and clean. “This hotel is essentially a rural guesthouse. Without pick-up and drop-off services, it would be very inconvenient. “Outstanding staff! I cannot express how wonderful each and every person was. They treated us more like family than like guests. We were there before and during Ramadan, during the latter, they made every effort to accommodate us. One day I was sick - the front desk clerk walked with my daughter to the pharmacy to get me medicine. It offers great value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. I experienced no issues during my stay. “The check in time is quite late, can only check in on 3PM. House is big but the living room is very small, can only fit in one bed. Not very comfortable staying in the living room. Also the mattress is not very comfortable. The breakfast is just giving us one small bag with a bread, a yogurt and some snacks. We didn’t eat. They don’t clean the room every day, they said they clean it every 2 days, but the third day they still not clean the room until we called them.”
