“千萬不要請飯店叫車，如果要至少要比班機登機時間提前4個小時。請飯店中午1點叫車，結果車2:15才到，同時司機開很慢，所以到機場時剛好關櫃檯，無法check in.同時飯店隔音不佳，容易聽到隔壁的聲音，房間坐電梯上樓後，還要搬行李下半層樓。非常不方便。”

“Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good……

“The breakfast did not deserve the price 220MAD per person. Also, the waiters speak very limited english. Difficult communication. They can not even distinguish between sunny egg & scramble egg. It is ridiculous for an hotel charge for coffee capsule 25MAD each. We did not ask for more, they did not leave any capsule in the room.”

“带着对普通五星的期待去，结果也并没有达到……设施陈旧，连洗脸盆的下水都感觉要堵住了，安排的两楼，拉开窗帘看到的是前面平台的施工景象，房间有一股烟味，打开窗又被装修的声音吵到不行唯一的优点是位置比较方便，可以步行去哈桑二世清真寺和ctm车站”

“Location and staff were great; however, I did knock down one star because the pool closes extremely early (6pm) so that they can open up for dinner service. Had I seen this before booking, I would not have done so. Upon checking in I was given later hour (730pm) so it was very confusing when I tried to go swim at 630pm. I had tours planned the next morning so I was never able to use the pool.”
