“My stay was okay. The property was very clean. I did worry a bit about the security. As a single woman traveling alone I found two things which stood out 1) the entrance to the property was very dark upon my arrival (I notified Richard that I would be arriving after midnight.). A lit porch light would have relieved some of my anxiety. 2). The bedroom window was unlocked and opened upon arrival. Other than that the stay was comfortable. “The Catskill Mountain Oasis made for such a delightful trip. Greg's place was incredibly well-maintained and stocked with almost every single essential needed. The interior of the property was very well curated, with both the essentials and attention to detail. EVERYTHING was cleaned very well, and when we needed something replaced that we found broken at the time of use, Greg had his local property partner Dave help replace the item within hours.
