“What a beautiful and spacious property, with Japanese garden, a few buildings, multiple restaurants, great buffet breakfast, lovely lounges. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Our concierge was just outside our room, so she sweetly helped us with our questions. The room was outstanding— spacious, comfortable. We had everything we needed. A short walk to the subway and trains. A perfect hotel for us. ”

It was the most westernized stay we had in Japan, but it still definitely spoke to the Japanese culture. “已經多次入住這間酒店了，酒店環境﹑設施﹑舒適度依舊滿分，最喜歡樓下就有LAWSON便利店，停車場寬敞，房間內空間充足，非常建議行程尾站入住這間酒店，方便收拾行李，如果去羽田機場就更加近了，唯一需要改善一下的地方是我地辦理入住的時候，服務櫃台的實習生職員小姐姐有點不太禮貌而且笑容欠奉，我們在這個平台一共訂了兩間房間，她不讓我們一同辦理，硬要我們分開排隊，這點令我們有點不解，希望酒店能注意一下這個情況。”
