“I was looking for a cozy cabin to spend a week with my family during Christmas time. This cabin caught my attention for having over 100 reviews! Our family had a wonderful time, the cabin had everything; the beds and bed linens were exceptionally comfortable, extra blankets available in the closets should you need some extra warmth. The host thought of everything. There was an electric fireplace in the living room, all 3 bedrooms had TVs, as well as the living room. The 2 bathrooms were large……

“Close to everything you could want in Fayetteville. Close to the New River Gorge and walking distance to great restaurants, coffe shops, and outfitters. Great warm and cozy space in the heart of it all! Would definitely recommend!”

“This beautiful home in Oak Hill was a perfect spot for our family to relax while in town for a family Thanksgiving. It has a well stocked kitchen and I was able to prepare everything I needed for the big day. We loved the game room and the outdoor fire pit! The location is convenient to the National Park and other attractions in the area. The hosts were easy to communicate with and so very helpful. We will definitely be back! ”

“Property was wonderful for our rainy weather. Roomy living space, fun extras like theater room and games. Enough beds to sleep 12. Big back yard that we didn't get to enjoy.”

“My husband and I had a 4 day weekend for Veterans day. We decided to take the Bridge Walk and explore some of the old coal towns in Nutallburg and Therman.”

“This wasn't a fun trip, as we were in town for my mother's funeral from out of state and had friends coming with us. The size of the house and accommodations were perfect to host them and have an intimate family meal among the beauty of the woods and the river views. Highly recommend. We will be back for more fun times and to enjoy the wonderful front porch. ”

“Our 5 day stay in the Vandalia cabin was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I were looking for seclusion and relaxation for our Anniversary. Well we got exactly that during our stay. We couldn’t get enough of the views from the back porch or from the picturesque hicking trails. Pervis was a great host and was super responsive to any and all of our questions. We can not wait to go back to the wild and wonderful state of West Virgina and the Vandalia cabin. Till next time. ”
