“i think you need to read past reviews with a grain of salt. Similar to some Amazon reviewers, there are folks that just can't be satisfied. If you've ever stayed at a Motel 6 in the US, this place is leaps and bounds better. Sure, it lacks amenities, like a shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap. “This is an excellent full-service dive lodge. They meet you at Sorong airport and escort you to, on and off the ferry to Wasai, then bring you to the lodge in their boat. Staff is very attentive and professional. Rooms are well kept with a/c and private decks and 20 feet from an excellent reef. Food is well-prepared. And most important their dive boats, equipment and staff were excellent. A great place to explore the Raja Ampat reefs and dive locals. ”

“This is a terrible hotel. This was my second time staying here as a transit hotel after diving in Raja Ampat and before flight to Jakarta. First time wasn’t so bad, except the concierge staff was reluctant to give me change from dinner until I said I’m leaving for airport now, if no change now I call the police. This second time was a complete nightmare. The water wasn’t hot at all, they said i just need to let the water run for 10-15 minutes. I ran for 5 minutes and decided it was a waste of……
