“This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English……

“Unprofessional behavior from manager who cancled our booking at the last moment sighting a heavy rish and nonreceipt of confirmation email from expedia. Later he made a saperate deal asking me to cancel expedia booking and book it directly.”

“Paid for family room-2 bd but was given separate rooms and the receptionist was rude to my cousin when she asked for clarification. Card payment machine was not working and insisted on cash payment on the spot. No deposit was needed. Had to make a stern statement to change our room to the one we booked and the receptionist showed unsettled face. Ambiance was good. Breakfast was poor with limited menu. I(We) wil not return again. ”
