“We had to stay outside for a long time at mid night with my kid and nobody was responding for a long time. No staff was there to receive us. No instructions until I asked! It was all suspicious! Not enough pillows! Nobody shared with us how to use the WiFi! The whole night people were making noises! Terrible experience ”

A sign showing the entrance, which looks no difference from other office building, would definitely help. Staff are friendly and helpful.
