The screened porch was a great spot to watch the wildlife. The cabin appearance was rustic, but it had all the comforts I needed for the weekend. ”

“We were 6 women visiting together from various places and catching up for an upcoming wedding. The property is fantastic with plenty of room. Couchs are chairs are comfortable. Beds are firm but comfortable. Great bedding and plenty of pillows. Quality towels. Living room with greay view of the street and beautiful exposed brick perfect for group photos. Kitchen is well stocked. However, of note this is no toaster. We brought bagels for breakfast and had to imrpovise. We had some issues with……

“Apartment is a nicely restored/remodeled unit, in a historic mansion, in a historic mansion community. Very neat place to stay. The 9 foot tall windows and 13 foot tall ceilings are amazing! The one piece limestone carved front steps are worth taking some time to appreciate (think of the work it took to do that in 1866!) as is the rest of the property. Be warned the upstairs bedroom does get a little warm, but setting the temp down on the thermostat an hour before bed remedied the situation……
