“This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything. A lot of utensils, appliances, and personal items were in hand and well stocked. The dog run area was incredibly convenient and secure, and the pet wash room was top notch! The building and parking were incredibly secure; I never felt nervous coming in from the garage late at night. I can’t say much about the immediate location because our venue of interest……

“Came to town for the Kentucky Bourbon fest. Great location on Whiskey Row, about a block from Old Forester. Access to a lot of great distilleries, bars and restaurants. The space itself has tons of room inside. Huge closet and full kitchen. The bed was super comfortable. Will be staying again when we make the trip back to tour more distilleries. ”

“This loft looked exactly like the photos and was so cute and clean!!!!! We loved staying there and even mentioned that it would be an amazing place to live. We were sad to leave! Jonathan was really great, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! It was miserably hot the day we got into Louisville. Like heat index of 109 hot. The host let us check in a little early to escape from the heat. It was heaven compared to the previous VRBO we had been in. Everything worked perfectly. We loved the bed, the big fluffy towels and the garage was wonderful! Our large Ford fit in it! The art in the common spaces was great as was the art in our unit. The elevator was charming! ”

“I cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely book again in the future. The apartment was immaculately cleaned, well stocked and absolutely stunning (the 16 year girls said it was tiktok worthy! - the parents said it was the perfect retreat from a long day of shopping with those 16 year olds). Loved being close to downtown Louisville, but enjoyed the quiet and security this property offered.There were a few hiccups upon arrival, but chalked those up to being a newer VRBO listing……

“This property was great! Very clean. Great customer service, responded back very quickly to answer my questions! Awesome location. With 4 people, we could have used another comfortable chair. Only seating for 3 in the living space. We also could have used more than 1 kitchen towel. Overall we would stay again for sure! Highly recommend! ”
