“The host never showed up, he told me to enter the house through the back the house was co.pletely empty not a bed a cover sheets toilet paper, literally nothing. Called the realtors number and she said that house is up for sale and shouldnt be rented out to anybody. I then had to call the police ”

“Great location, can be a bit noisy at times but it always subsides quickly. Clean and spacious condo, secure with safe off street parking. Plenty of stores nearby, parks and eateries. Pet friendly and service animals accommodated. I’d stay again.”

“This was a fantastic experience with a great little place very close to the beach. It is probably the best stocked VRBO I have ever rented - and with quality, comfortable items that aren't just the necessities but make the vacation great! The owner was there cleaning when we got there a bit early and was super friendly. However, the instructions for check in and some details like the wifi password were incorrect in the app. They did leave a paper with the info. Also, i had inquired about early……

“We fell in love with this house. It is truly an oasis. The garden is inviting enough to make you want to stay there the whole time. We loved the neighborhood and felt safe all the time. The fruit trees are beautiful as well as the hummingbirds and butterflies. There are many restaurants around. We will definitely come back if we are in LA. ”

“It's a nice, spacious place close to Little Saigon. It has some basic seasonings (salt, pepper, soy sauce) and a rice cooker. The pots and pans are in good shape. Each room has its own AC unit that you can set the temperature of. Clean washcloths are provided. The place has 4 beds and a pull out bed. The window sills could use some cleaning. The host checked in several times and responded in a timely manner. ”
