“Only real issue is continuous toilet running but if you shut the bathroom door it muffles it a bit. There was a bit of outdoor noise and others could hear everything said or done. Not really good privacy. Kitchen: Not many utensils, only 2 fork, 2 spoon and a couple knives. I didn't feel comfortable using the pots or pans, they felt a bit sticky. Only one hanger in closet to hang all mine and my partners dress up garments. Parking was tough to find a spot to where you won't have to walk a hike……

“My wife and I extended our cruise vacation for four days in Long Beach. Carol and Traian were fabulous. The suite is cozy and clean. Parking on the street in front of the property was never an issue. We were so grateful to see a Canadian flag out front for Canadian Flag day on Feb 15 too! Thanks for the hospitality and friendly space. Next time we’re in Long Beach, we will definitely stay again. ”

“We were recently displaced from our home for several weeks due to the Pacific Palisades wildfire. We decided to go to the Marina del Rey area, as it was far enough from the fires that air quality might be better. This apartment was perfect for us - husband, teen daughter and small dog. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was adequate (I did bring my own knives and a couple of higher quality pans), and we enjoyed having laundry available. “Apartment had most of the things we needed.”

“The instructions were getting in were not available until just before we needed to get in. We actually waited in the lobby for a while. Communication came from two or three different sources not just Hotels.com. In the maze of all my emails it was hard to find. Otherwise, a very good stay ”

“My wife and I stayed here for her birthday in January, and it was absolutely perfect. We live in San Francisco and had always wanted to hop over to LA for a weekend. This spot surpassed our expectations. It’s super close to the beach, in a nice neighborhood, and so walkable to a ton of cute shops and restaurants. Not to mention that Alex is a phenomenal host! Not only was communication great, they even left a thoughtful birthday treat for my wife. One of our easiest and best VRBO stays ever.……

“Guest house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in good proximity to Santa Monica activities (beach, pier, etc). Walking distance to Montana businesses including whole foods grocery, Vons and trader Joe's are a short drive away. The space itself is clean and pretty new. Has everything you need although the kitchen is fairly minimal and there are no cooking ingredients (oil, spices, etc) so bring your own but all pans pots utensils etc are provided and there's a dishwasher. The area is quiet……

“As stated above, overall it was a fantastic stay. Some concerns that we think should be mentioned in review more notably so people can catch them are as follows. Parking on street only. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but after you come home from a full day of walking at one of the parks and you have to drive around for 30 minutes to find a parking spot and that spot is about 3/4 of a mile away tends to be frustrating. The other concern is guest room. There is a light right outside the window that……
