“Clean, spacious, nicely decorated! A private guest cottage with a comfy bed and nice amenities. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping, and the coast. “Stayed here with my wife and son for the Ironman 70.3 Oceanside. The unit is in a neighborhood of nice single family homes, and comes with parking. Inside it is clean, roomy, and very thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen has all the amenities you could need. Washer and dryer were handy too. If you want to spend time outside, there are a couple of seating areas to use, and a very friendly cat to play with. Would stay again if I ever return to the area.”

“Wonderful stay for our spring break in San Diego. This property is centrally located to everything we wanted to do... the zoo, sea world, Coronado, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, etc. Never more than a 20 min drive (as long as you don't hit traffic times). Home was comfortable and had everything we needed. My teens loved the roof even though the igloo was down due to a wide storm. Would for sure recommend! ”

“As stated in other reviews, the apartment is well maintained and sparkling clean. It is obvious the owner, who lives upstairs, is well invested in their guest’s experience. Although this is a basement apartment, there is plenty of natural light. “We chose this property as it is close to our daughter and son-in-law. It was exactly as described, a perfect place to tuck in for the night and start the day with an excellent selection of teas (thank you). Very clean. Bed was quite comfortable, and the sofa bed was more comfortable than most. Bathroom was very clean and bright with great water pressure/temp. Location is optimal for university proximity and La Mesa is close by. We will definitely look to stay here again.”

“This ADU unit is very cute and clean. The location was excellent for our trip. I had not paid close enough attention to listing and was surprised to find only a Queen Size bed. There is plenty of room for a king and it was odd for a full one bedroom unit not to have it.
