“That patio is every bit as wonderful as it looks! We loved started and ending our days outside listening to the birds and enjoying the beautiful plants around us. It was so private and tranquil. Cathy has thought of just about everything to make your stay relaxing and comfortable too. There is even a countertop nugget ice maker! On our last day, we were trying to figure how to just stay one more day so we could spend more time in this lovely apartment. ”

“Lovely quest house tucked away in the back area of the property. Lots of privacy and very quiet. Home was nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Great location near 101 Solana Beach/Del Mar in a quiet cute neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Nice little fenced area for the dog. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. The only thing we missed was not having a BBQ to grill. We love to grill but we managed and the indoor kitchen was well equipped. Recommend……

“As stated in other reviews, the apartment is well maintained and sparkling clean. It is obvious the owner, who lives upstairs, is well invested in their guest’s experience. Although this is a basement apartment, there is plenty of natural light. There are no stairs to the apartment, which may be a plus to any older folks, such as myself.Communication with the owner was excellent.”

“Stayed here with my wife and son for the Ironman 70.3 Oceanside. The unit is in a neighborhood of nice single family homes, and comes with parking. Inside it is clean, roomy, and very thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen has all the amenities you could need. Washer and dryer were handy too. If you want to spend time outside, there are a couple of seating areas to use, and a very friendly cat to play with. Would stay again if I ever return to the area.”

“Wonderful stay for our spring break in San Diego. This property is centrally located to everything we wanted to do... the zoo, sea world, Coronado, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, etc. Never more than a 20 min drive (as long as you don't hit traffic times). Home was comfortable and had everything we needed. My teens loved the roof even though the igloo was down due to a wide storm. Would for sure recommend! ”

“I have nothing to fault at Kasa, I wish I could move here! I was in town for a conference for a week. The rest of my colleagues were at a conference hotel but I wanted something different. Staying here made me feel so at home and relaxed. The apartment was just perfect, really stylish and comfortable. I loved having a washer and dryer! In the building is a great amenities floor with outdoor pool, gym, sauna, ice bath, reformer pilates. I was really pleased to find time to make use of the sauna……
