“The location of the property was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere, which is what we wanted. The place was super clean upon arrival, just a little warm due to no central AC but as soon as we opened the patio doors and windows, the place cooled down very nicely. We would recommend staying here.”

“This is a really good option if you want to be close to downtown. Lots of good restaurants, bars, museums, ect. to see in a walkable distance. Just make sure to bring earplugs because this property is directly under the flight path for planes landing at the airport, they pass over only a couple hundred feet overhead continuously all day but slack off at night. Overall I enjoyed it. ”

“The location is wonderful with the beautiful views of the ocean and listening to the waves crashing was so awesome! It’s very walkable to everything we wanted to see in the area. The “Old O’side Charm” of this property with updated interior made it the perfect stay for my sister and I to relive some of our childhood memories. Excellent communication through text. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We were able to watch the sunset from the balcony every evening. The landlord was easy to contact, quick to respond, and friendly. The apartment has all the amenities you could possibly need. Located a walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. ”

“I really enjoyed the complex. There was something for everyone with surfing, biggie boarding, the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The unit itself has a sticky door in one of the rooms that made it impossible for it to be opened without waking everyone. I was surprised that there was no salt or pepper. I wouldn't recommend this unit if you plan to cook, as the kitchen supplies are rudimentary.That being said, it was a great price and I can know to bring my own seasonings if I come again. ”

“I was very nervous about this being staffless, but this was amazing. Clear direction, easy parking, entry codes gave no problems, clean room and everything we needed in walking distance. Will definitely stay again”
