“From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. One of the best we've enjoyed over the years. We also took advantage of renting the family "ranch area" for 4 hours for fun and burgers and toasted marshmallows. “The house was in an extremely quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and campus. It was just me, so I had more bedrooms than I needed, and the master bedroom bed was super comfortable. Easy check in and easy check out!”

Used this space for a no-host Holiday, and it worked perfectly, allowing family members from out of state a homey place to stay, without pressuring the Ames residents to host at their house.
