“I had a wonderful time staying here visiting my daughter, it was very cozy. Love being able to cook in the kitchen for me and my daughter. The place is very clean and I love that it has a washer and dryer. I was very happy with the stay. The only thing that could’ve been Better was the master bedroom mattress was really firm., the second bedroom mattress was perfect. I wish the master bedroom had the same mattress as the other room.. “Had a pleasant stay at this property to celebrate my daughters birthday. Check in was a breeze and being able to check in early after traveling with an infant for hours was such a relief. “Good location, walking distance to train to NYC. But "Newly Renovated" is a joke. Furniture is fine but almost everything else feels like junk. Uneven floors, broken glass in window, trashy blinds, doors to bathroom without a lock, dirty kitchen cabinets etc, Baseboards with huge gaps filled with caulk. “The place was beautiful, clean and cozy. The neighborhood while being rated "dangerous" was quiet and calm. We were suprised by the neighborhood at first, but never had any issues. Check-in was easy, but it is a keyed entry and the key had a mind of its own so it took us a couple minutes to get in. It was a tight entry through two doors and immediately downstairs into the basement, but once there it was very spacious and enjoyable for the whole family. I would stay again.”

“the place was very nice and clean. the bedrooms were nice and comfy. the kitchen was stocked with pots, utensils, and seasonings. the outlets weren’t working at first but after contracting the host, he was quick to respond and helped solve the problem effectively. the neighborhood was nice and quiet. overall an amazing stay and i would come again. ”

“This was the day after the Crowdstrike computer glitch and we received no information about accessing the property and the link for directions took us to the wrong address two blocks away. When we got to the right address, we had to call the manager to get access to the rental after 9pm. The house is on a nice street and there are several units on the property, so finding ours was a little tricky. I did not see a hot tub anywhere. We also did not find a futon, but there was a decent blow up……

“Very nice. I would say due to the noise rule its not ideal for little ones but they were all tuckered out from the day activites and we did not have any issues. It was a long list of rules we never touch the thermostat despite being uncomfortable temperatures out of fear of tampering and the strict rules. It plenty of sleeping room but bc of the noise rule I would be cautious booking a large family. ”
