“This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! ”

“Pool was closed - it was the main reason we had booked this hotel over others. Notice should have been provided to people currently booked… we were traveling with a kid and he was really disappointed. Overall it was just okay. A bit dated, customer service was average, bacon at breakfast was translucent it was so thin. Likely wouldn’t return.”

“The parking lot was an ice rink so be careful. I wish the code was just send as an email as there was a few steps involved in obtaining it. (I'm not that tech savvy). Other than that it was great.”

“Facilities have been updated and cannot beat location. Restaurant on site is very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Time to update TV’s which are about the size of a large computer monitor. ”

“It’s okay. I’d stay there again. Our stay was in January and there was a blizzard. So it wasn’t walkable and not the type of conditions to check the outside around the hotel. The restaurant on the property was outstanding.”
