“Our stay here was magical! Communication with David was a breeze from the start. Due to flight times from Florida, we arrived in the evening, but he was there to greet us with his warm smile & friendly demeanor. The cottage is ideal! You will think you stepped into a "Maine Cottages" magazine. It is well equipped, and was capable of hosting our "Lobstah Boil" with 20 guests, a live Jazz Saxophonist & a keyboard player! The views can't be beat. Want to kayak? Want to canoe? Conveniently located……

“We had such a relaxing stay at this cabin. The property is incredibly peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly but respectful of privacy. The cabin was clean and well-stocked with essentials like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and large towels, which made settling in so easy. It’s a great spot for guests of all ages, and we truly felt at home. We’re already planning to book this cabin again next year!”

“Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”

“We typically go to Maine in August and spend time with our family. This property really met all our needs. It was so nice to have absolutely everything we need available to us. I really enjoyed having the lake and kayaks just yards away. There was plenty of space. We thought it was perfect. Tina was responsive and very kind with all our communication. I would definitely go back! Highly recommended! ”

“Wonderful week in TopGallant! Weather was perfect. House had an added shower we didn’t expect, but were grateful for! A/C was not needed because the cross breezes are amazing. “This was a lovely historic spot near lots of fun things to do in Maine! The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The decor was thoughtful. Walking distance to a cafe for coffee, and you can sit on the deck and wait for the line to shorten at Reds Eats. The deck was a great spot to sit and read, and I know the area so I wasn’t surprised by the road noise on rt 1. The only opportunity for improvement would be that there are two doors leading to the apartment, and neither of them……
