“A great apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. Plenty of space for six people and fantastic facilities. A spacious kitchen with everything you could wish for in a vacation apartment. Three bedrooms with very comfortable beds and enough space for suitcases and all your belongings. Two bathrooms that are beautifully furnished and leave nothing to be desired. “Pros - Great communication, central location in Madison. Cons - The house is run down, wasn't clean. Kitchen cupboards were literally dirty. Kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even paper towels. The House itself is old, unmaintained, and poorly decorated, lacking furniture and an inviting feeling. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the road and the shades in bedroom windows don't block light from coming in. ”

“Overall the property inside was comfortable and spacious. The hosts was friendly and responsive. The property lists backyard (which was something we were looking forward with the 6 kids) but it was not useable. Area needs to be cleaned, space had construction materials and collection of broken appliances. ”

“We had to reserve this home last minute due to the home that we reserved 3 months prior cancelling last minute. While I was annoyed at the circumstances initially I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful home,she has everything you could need for a wonderful stay near the beach! Convenient to the beach and a very quaint little area. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. If i ever stay in NJ again i would definitely come back! Be mindful there is parking for one car in front of the……

“We had a really nice stay at this place. The house was very clean and had everything we needed—there was nothing missing. We also loved the location; it’s in a quiet neighborhood but still super easy to get around and access the city. Even though it’s an attic apartment, it didn’t feel cramped or gloomy at all. Actually, it was quite cozy and had a nice vibe.Hosts were helpful and responsive before and during our stay, providing us with all the information we needed.Just a small note—staircase……

“This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. ”

“This location was absolutely perfect for my friendsgiving gathering. The place was so clean and tidy, and there is minimal furniture in there, which makes it more open. I honestly couldn't ask for a better place. I'm definitely going to use this location again. Check-in was very easy and the day of I was sent the information to get into the place and everything was very easy. Thank you so much for that. The opportunity to use your place”

“The place was really clean and convenient. However, the window AC can be quite loud, as can the neighbor's, especially at night. The elevator was out of service twice during our two-night stay, so going down five floors with a suitcase was challenging.”
