“My group stayed here for a baseball tournament (Th-Sun). Even though the neighbors aren’t as diligent at the upkeep of their properties, this property was well maintained and nicely equipped for all our needs. The gas range was a bonus and we cooked all our meals at the property. Everything was clean and tidy and we were happy to have a washer and a dryer with Tide detergent and Bounce sheets available for use. The property owner was very responsive when I messaged. We were 8min from the fields……

“My son, daughter , and I stayed for my son's baseball tournament at The Rantoul Sports Complex. It was a perfect size for the 3 of us. The home looks exactly as pictured. Pretty well stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. Would definitely stay again. Karen is very easy to get ahold of when needed and her home is everything you need in a tiny home. Thank you so much for having us, Karen!”

“This is a great option for independent-minded travelers who want something clean and spacious near the university. There is not much in the way of front desk staff but they communicated smoothly about check in and check out. There is an excellent bakery downstairs on the premises. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of space. There is a bit of street noise as the property is at a busy intersection, so bring your earplugs just in case. Overall, good value.”

“We were in town for a baseball tournament. Had two families (5 people, 3 people). The basement was perfect for one family and the upstairs was perfect for the larger family. The property was clean. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable too!”
