“The receptionist (I forgot his name :'( ) and Karlo offered us exceptional service. They arranged the room and complimented us in celebrating our wedding anniversary with their complimentary cake and allowed us to check out late at a very short notice. We enjoyed immensely our stay and made our occassion memorable. ”

“The hotel is not newly built, but it still feels and looks new. Suit room was super spacious and best lake view ever. Tge only comment is their room is too dark in the evening, since most are only LED lights. Staff was polite and kind. Will definitely suggest for other to visit them too”

“We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. When checking out, they even went through the room to make sure we didn’t forget anything. Parking was easy and ample. We bought the beach passes for the Hilton across the street. It was a short walk……

“Simple old hotel but i dont need much and love that LULU the grocery store is across the street. Need to cross the highway but easy. Very relaxed vibe.”

“Positives: super clean, a plenty of good quality food, attentive staff. The spa was great. Negatives: website claims that the hotel is offering a free shuttle within 30 km radius. The only place where the shuttle goes twice a day, is a nearby mall. Also, the hotel is very far from the airport and the city, no uber or taxi will come to pick you up, so for all activities, you are dependent on the travel agency within the hotel. You can rent a car with a driver for the whole day, for example.……

“Fantastic location and excellent service and ammenities. Busy weekend with public holiday but didn’t feel too crowded. No queues for meals which was fantastic. Only downside was the lack of flexibility with booking a last minute seat at Waka bar to view the sunset over a cold drink. Tables were all booked out, but not actually used until well after the sun went down. Get in early and book a table if this is on your list to do.”

“Awesome staycation, destination is great for families and solo travelers. Whether it’s lazy day on the beach or by the pool or a an activity oriented vacation, with a local diving range, tennis courts and yoga on the green, this place has a lot offer.”

“The reception, dining, and housekeeping all wonderful. However- there is a plant out in the 2 flower beds I was poked by, which if the black tip stayed in my leg, could be life threatening. It needs to be removed. Be careful. Hopefully, it has been removed. ”
