“Wow wow wow! “Boutique apartment” really does some The Rockefellers up of which their outstanding reviews do them justice. Nestled around the back of the main road, the property is sleek, modern, well equipped and drenched in luxury. Easy to get to the local “hotspots” with a banging pizza place 30seconds away on foot. “What can i say, everything was perfect. Upon entering the building using the very clear instructions and getting our key, to entering the room. Room 2 Coniston. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious with a nice homely feel to it. Kitchen area was really good, all the appliances and accessories we needed. Very comfy & large bed. Dog friendly room with a dog bed, bowl, treats and towel. Booked again for November Perfect location, you really are at the centre of the town. ”

“A fantastic property. Incudes everything you can think of, including a dog box which was a life saver as we’d forgotten our dog lead. Great facilities on site, nice short walk to Brockhole visitor centre and close to Ambleside. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back. ”

“I received a call 24 hours before our arrival (on New Years Eve),telling me the booking cancelled due to 'gas issues' in the apartment. I was told they would arrange for Expedia to search for alternative accomodation. I was ,however,scepital about this and proceeded to try and find accomodation myself,without success at such short notice. I then received another call after approx 1 hour,telling me now sorted but may be put in one of the hotel rooms rather than the apartment. . On arrival,the……

“Unfortunately we were not offered the two bedroom apartment we had booked, instead we were offered a one bed apartment with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. “What an amazing property! We could not have been more impressed. Just gorgeous. Very, very happy with my experience with friends on my 50th, it was just wonderful. Our host was really helpful and helped on follow up queries. Can get a bit colder in the night for those staying up late, but on balance I could not be more happier about my stay. All my guests were hugely impressed with the venue. ”

“The property was excellent, everything you need for a comfortable stay, the double bed was very comfortable and warm. The only thing we found it was a bit far away to walk to the bar/restaurant, for our age group we are late 70 and early 80s.”

“The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered……

The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks. I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced. Staffs are not really friendly. "
