“We had a difficult day travelling to Ravenna; we arrived only 10 minutes before the front desk closed at 8, and had to walk there because we couldn't find a cab. The staff was very understanding and stayed late so they could check us in. Host offers many excellent suggestions for local restaurants about half mile away. Check days and hours of operation. Self-pay refreshments in each room. Cute, tiny resident dog. “This is an unusual property full of artifacts in every corner. The room was like walking back in time. Every wall covered in art and antique mirrors with a white irin bed but very comfortable. Due to all the small valuable items I wouldn’t recommend going with toddlers! A pool was a bonus as it was height of summer”

“Ariana was so incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating! We arrived there at 11pm and discovered my hubby left his passport on the train. She immediately drove him to the train station and police department. The next morning we left very early to go to another city to get an emergency passport. She went so above and beyond to help us. She went to the port to see how late we could check in for our cruise and also found out for us if we could check in from the next city if we couldn’t be back in……
