“Convenient location close to Ravenna cruise port. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We paid extra for breakfast to be included, but weren’t able to locate the restaurant, so lost the money paid in advance.”

“The staff has been friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and rooms are clean and bright. The only negative is the vary tiny bathroom. It was worth the price.”

“Room 207 was not too large but very nice. The shower was too small. The breakfast that was included was very good with a lot of choice. It was clean every where. At the reception, the lady at arrival and the men at our departure were both very helpfull”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”
