“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“We chose to stay in Ravenna so that we could use it as a base prior to attending the Imola F1 Grand Prix. it was an excellent choice and the Villa Noctis was exceptional.”

“Great for our one night stay before our cruise out of Ravenna - easy flat walk from the train station. We also enjoyed a walk to the center for dinner. Loved having a washer and dryer! Host was very responsive both before and during the stay. Thanks!”
