“Spacious, well-appointed, clean apartment with stunning views. The kitchen had everything one could want for cooking a meal. There were plenty of towels and blankets available. Silvia met us at the apartment and showed us the features we would need to be aware of. It felt as if the owner of the property had lived in the unit and knew where everything should be properly stored. Short walk to restaurants and main sites in historic area of Ravenna. Highly recommended!”

“Instalaciones modernas, cómodas y muy limpias. Se agradecía el aire acondicionado. El desayuno era muy bueno, en un jardín muy agradable, y los dueños muy majos, nos hicieron sentir en casa. La ubicación está genial, céntrica y con un parking muy barato a la vuelta de la esquina. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas unas horas más. Todo fenomenal!!!”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”
