Il s'agit effectivement d'une affaire de famille, perdurant depuis plusieurs décennies, avec personnel à l'écoute, même si, parfois, il existait une barrière de la langue, ils essaient de toutes leurs forces de comprendre les clients et de se faire comprendre par ces derniers. “Hotel ist eigentlich super - nur 2 kleine Anmerkungen: 1. Wäre schön, wenn zumindest 1 Flasche Wasser jeden Tag gratis zur Verfügung stehen würde. 2. Wenn das Hotel schon Werbung mit In- und Outdoor Pool macht, dann sollte man als Hotelgast nicht auch nach zahlen müssen, wenn man diesen benutzen möchte. ”

“This property is newly renovated (July 2025) and in a fantastic condition. The value for money we got here has been unbeaten. And we travel a lot. The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. We were offered beverages, snacks and all-round comfort since they are newly open and asked for our understanding in case not everything was perfect yet. But it truly was. I never write reviews but this property which is open all year round……

“We arrived before check in, but reception staff checked if our room was available, and we were able to go to our room. A great advantage for a one night stay, allowing us ease of use of the rooftop pool facilities. We were also able to pay for a late checkout so it felt like a 2 night stay. Riccione (as with cervia, our previous location) seemed to be shutting down for winter.
