I tossed the empty butts in the trash, as to not litter the property, and this apparently convinced them that I smoked in the house. They used this as a reason to file an insurance claim against vrbo despite the fact that no one smoked in the house.”

“The house was very nice. Lots of cooking supplies. A couple of the pans that we removed from the cabinet had quite a bit of dust on them, nothing a quick washing didn't fix. The barbeque grill was not usable. There was rust and a big hole in the bottom where the charcoal would have gone.Lastly someone before us had put out about 6 cigarettes in the grass just outside the back door going onto the patio. Other than those easily fixed problems I felt really comfortable in the home and would……

“The rental had obviously been neglected in some cleaning. The inside of refrigerator/freezer was filthy. The handles on outside were missing. Trays in oven that had food residue on them were left in oven. Floors appeared to be unswept/vacuumed. Tub had hairs in it. Dried toothpaste on counters. Both bathroom sinks did not drain well and standing water in sink. Either cleaning service is not thorough or it wasn’t bothered to be cleaned. Disappointing experience.”

“We were in town for a wedding and stayed at the peach house. Y’all, it’s a perfect place for a big group. We all had our own rooms with plenty of space.The house was clean and the location was great being that it’s right off the main highway. Hosts were wonderful and easy to reach. ”

We were able to host a baby shower, and the house was perfect for everyone to gather and had a nice flow to enjoy each other's company, room to sit and eat. We are already trying to find another reason to just come and stay again. Michael was amazing to work with. Would definitely book with him again. ”
