“Netter Vermieter der uns alles gezeigt hat und sehr nett war. Waren eine Nacht dort und fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Der Zustand der Türen war etwas bedenklich und der Kühlschrank leider immer wieder sehr laut aber alles in allem ein guter Platz für ein paar Nächte. Liegt auch in super Reichweite zu Fuß zu zahlreichen Restaurants, dem Park Kamenjak und dem Hauptplatz Premanturas. ”

“Uns (9 Personen) hat das Hotel und die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten HP und das Essen war immer frisch, lecker und für jeden was dabei. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Der Weg zum Strand ist über eine gerade Strecke gut und in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand ist meistens Kies, das Wasser nicht so tief und wenn man etwas weiter reingeht ist da Sand. “ Die Unterkunft ist allgemein in schlechtem Zustand. Es gibt Probleme mit Feuchtigkeit, da die ‚Groundfloor‘ Wohnung sich im Keller des Gebäude befindet. Die Farbe an Türen und Wänden löst sich teilweise von der Feuchtigkeit. Dementsprechend riecht es auch in der Wohnung. In der Küche waren keine Trinkgläser vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr warm, die Heizung konnte nicht reguliert werden. Abgesehen von frischer Bettwäsche und Handtücher hat die Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen……
