“This location is perfect for a getaway. The property is amazing & has many amenities to entertain everyone regardless of what you like doing. The big pedal boat is an absolute must when going out on the lake. I highly recommend anyone trying to get away from the rush of the day to day to come here & experience the views, peace, & beauty.”

“The place was pretty cute and a good experience overall. For the price we payed, the grass could have been at least cut or maintained. Didn’t really get to enjoy the outside area as we would like. The pool table was pretty nice. The gate locks did give us issues closing them. But the inside was really cute and it was really cold inside, which we loved!”

“My family enjoyed everything about our trip this summer. The house was perfect size and setup for us. It was so easy to check in and immediately start having fun. Jesus was attentive and answered any questions I had almost instantly. We will be returning next year!”

“Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply……

“What a treat it was to stay in this sweet old house. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of it. The bed was comfy, the place was clean and the location- right on the town square- was very fun and convenient. If we ever make it back to Coldspring, we will certainly book this place again!”

“Patricia has such a keen eye for detail and ensured our stay was absolutely seamless. An absolute angel! First and foremost, the property description was spot on and her lovely cabin was exactly what we expected. The check-in and check-out instructions were incredibly thorough and we had all the information we needed about wifi, troubleshooting the TV, etc. There was bug spray, fishing rods, plenty of fire wood, cooking equipment, basic seasonings and tons more. Our two pups LOVED running around……

“It was a beautiful home with everything you need in it. We had our wedding and it was better than we imagined. Water pressure was good, the hot water was great considering here were over 20 people. The games they had kept the children entertained. The host was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. My parents left their dress and suit and she said she would ship it to us. So helpful and sweet!”
